Cancellation policy
1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with all purchase details.
If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
All orders are processed automatically once payment is confirmed.
2. Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (CET) are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
3. Modifications & Cancellations
You can request an order cancellation or modification (change of size, address, etc.) only before the order is shipped.

If your order has already been handed over to the carrier, you will need to wait for delivery and then request a return or exchange following our Return Policy.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails or is declined by your bank, the order will not be processed.
You may retry your purchase using a different payment method.
Jerseyland reserves the right to cancel orders if fraudulent or irregular payment activity is detected.
5. Out of Stock or Unavailable Items
In rare cases where an ordered product becomes unavailable after purchase:
- You will be notified immediately by email.
- You may choose between a full refund, an alternative product, or a discount code for a future purchase.
6. Pricing Errors or Technical Issues
If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or affected by a technical error, Jerseyland reserves the right to cancel the order.
In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.
7. Pre-Orders
For limited or upcoming collections, pre-order items are charged at checkout and shipped once available.
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page and may vary slightly depending on production or logistics delays.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
8. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations (before shipment) are refunded to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
