Refund policy

1. General Conditions

Our return and exchange policy lasts 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition — unused, unwashed, and free of odors.
  • Include the original zipper bag and tags in good condition.
  • Contain all accessories or add-ons originally delivered with the product.
  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.


2. How to Return or Exchange

You can complete the process online via our returns platform.
You’ll just need to:

  1. Enter your order number (e.g. #123456).
  2. Enter the email address used for the purchase.

You’ll then receive an email with detailed instructions to complete your return or exchange.


3. Non-returnable Products

For hygiene and special-sale reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear or swimwear or Socks
  • Limited Edition Products
  • Items purchased at pop-ups, outlets, or sample sales

Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from Jerseyland.
Unauthorized packages will be refused.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and the outcome of the process.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method.
You may also request a bank transfer or a discount code equal to the refunded amount.

Refunds typically take 1–3 business days to appear, though this may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank or card company.
  • If the issue persists, email us at contact@jerseyland.ma and we’ll assist you directly.

6. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

Jerseyland does not accept postage-due shipments.
Return shipping costs and any related customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Any shipment that doesn’t meet the return conditions may be considered invalid and returned to the sender without a refund.
In these cases, Jerseyland will not be liable for any loss, damage, or shipping costs.
