Shipping policy
1. Order Confirmation and Processing
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all purchase details.
Our team usually processes orders the same day if placed before 1:00 p.m. (CET).
Orders placed after that time will begin processing the following business day.
Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions, but our standard estimates are:
- Morocco: 3–5 business days
- Europe (EU countries): 7–10 business days
- International (outside the EU): 10–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over €100 / $110 USD.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and package weight.
The exact shipping fee will always appear before you confirm your payment.
4. Order Tracking
All Jerseyland shipments include a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel in real time until delivery.
5. Customs and Taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is included in the purchase price.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Jerseyland Brand is not responsible for any delays or extra charges caused by customs procedures.
If you’re asked for additional payment upon delivery, please contact us — we’ll help you resolve it.
6. Delays, Incidents, and Claims
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
We’ll notify you as soon as possible if there are unexpected delays due to customs, transport issues, or force majeure events.
If your package arrives damaged, please inform us immediately upon receipt and keep the original packaging for potential claims with the carrier.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
You may request to cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
To cancel or change order details (address, shipping method, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
8. Delivery Limitations
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or postal lockers.
In certain remote destinations, shipping may take longer or incur additional fees.
If this applies to your location, our support team will contact you before shipping.
9. Peak Seasons and Launch Periods
During high-demand times — such as new drops, Black Friday, or holiday seasons — shipping may take slightly longer.
We’ll always do our best to minimize delays and keep you informed.
10. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Jerseyland Brand is not liable for loss or theft once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
